Required
BA/BS Degree or equivalent
4 years or more in a client-facing role

Preferred
Ability to interface comfortably with health plan employees to develop an understanding of needs. Must be responsive, action-oriented and able to build trust with various stakeholders
Proven competence to initiate and drive projects through to completion
Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements to improve project teams’ efficiency
Confidence and aptitude to influence team members and business partners toward common goals
Must possess superior oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively convey issues, reports, and other deliverables
Experience working at or with health plans
