As our Creative Copy Lead, you will write all copy our end users engage with and ensure it exemplifies our brand personality. You’ll integrate our brand voice and value prop into print and digital campaigns and creative assets, ensuring patients are eager to enroll and engage in our Digital Medication Adherence Program.
Responsibilities:
Own our content guidelines, standards, and sources of truth and integrate our brand voice, tone, and personality into copy across a range of mediums.
Ensure voice across assets tells a cohesive story - from enrollment campaigns (call, print, and digital) into digital experiences (app download, ux copy, and product communications).
Ensure quality, accuracy, and scalability across campaign materials and product permutations
Ensure customers and participants know what makes emocha special, and uniquely suited to them, through language that is clear, concise, and memorable
Collaborate with our marketing designers to ensure copy for email campaigns, enrollment materials, online ads, landing pages, sales assets, website pages is on brand
Collaborate with product designers to write copy for new and existing product features.
Ensure all product copy, notifications, and nudges are thoughtful and on-brand.
Glean insights from product analytics and design research (end user interviews, surveys, participatory exercise)
Ensure copy is effective through partnering with marketing ops on A/B testing
Collaborate with patient solutions team to write outreach scripts for patient enrollment and onboarding; provide support on tone and delivery of coaching and engagement
Play key role in patient onboarding experience by translating brand voice into B2B2C marketing materials
Empower other content creators to know “how to speak emocha”
