About this Job
Our ideal Human Resources Generalist will lead administrative responsibilities, with the ability to grow into a strategic role focused on growing Vheda Health’s HR function, setting and driving the company culture, workforce needs, and policy direction;  ultimately creating the best employee experience that maximizes productivity and retention.
Responsibilities will include:

Handling all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, employee development, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance;
Preparing paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience;
Providing an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters;
Being the primary backup for payroll processing, including; updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes;
Assisting in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies;
Ensuring Vheda Health is compliant will all national, state, and local labor regulations and laws.

Required
3 years of experience in Human Resources Management
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness

Preferred
SHRM Certification
Strong working knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations
Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
