What You'll Do Setup data processing and annotation pipelines  
Implement and A/B test NLP models that run on patient and provider messages
Build features that enable providers to see explanations for model results  
Work with engineers to make the backend ML infrastructure scalable
Work with the product team to finalize and execute on the roadmap
Assist Clinical Ops decisions with insights extracted from data  
Contribute to Marigold’s federal research grants

Your Skills
3-5 years of data science experience, including 1-3 years in industry and at least 2 years of NLP experience
Strong experience with the Python data science stack: Pandas, scikit-learn, spaCy, PyTorch, etc.  

Preferred  
Background in Linguistics and/or Statistics  
Technical writing capabilities  
Prior experience with healthcare datasets  
Prior experience with data visualization  

Compensation, Benefits and Culture
The base salary range for this role is $125-150K, depending on experience. In addition, as part of our founding team, this role will include ownership equity.
