What we’re looking for:
Tradeswell is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer responsible for working with Engineering and Operations to support our products. You’ll dive into databases to help answer issues, assist in verifying deployments, have the opportunity to inject solutions into the product, and author training resources to support our customers.
We’re looking for 5-10 years experience as a full-stack software engineer or solutions engineer working at a SaaS company.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in the following areas:
SQL
Python, Javascript
Excel, Google Sheets
Git, JIRA, Confluence
REST APIs
Strong command line skills
Highly skilled in root cause analysis
Highly skilled in AWS
Kotlin, Java a plus
Experience building training materials a plus
