RESOURCE PROVIDER
Marine Trades Association of Baltimore County (MTABC)
The Marine Trades Association of Baltimore County works closely with government, community, and business leaders to make considerable progress in many marine-related areas, including legislation, waterway quality and safety, and the prosperity of the marine industry.
Through a close relationship with the Marine Trades Association of Maryland, the Department of Natural Resources, the Chesapeake Gateway Chamber of Commerce and legislators all around the area, we have kept our membership informed of legislation and various “quality of life” issues that affect recreational boating, as well as waterfront living.
As a community-oriented association, MTABC has awarded over $200,000 in scholarships since 1994. MTABC continues to offer enviromential scholarships for students who serve with Back River Restoration Committee. In addition, MTABC supports specialized industry training for its members and their employees.
