The Maryland Business Opportunity Center (MBOC ) works to connect public and private organizations to work with socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDIs) and business owners to generate access to capital and business opportunities for economic prosperity.
ELIGIBILITY
Small business enterprises owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDI) and Very Small Businesses (VSB). This includes business owners from under-served communities, who are not ready for traditional business assistance programs.
