Sagewind Capital is a private equity firm focused on partnering with great management teams to build businesses over the long run. We seek to invest in successful middle market companies in dynamic industries to accelerate growth, and our patient approach to capital deployment provides management teams with a longer time horizon to execute their strategic objectives.
Sagewind Capital was founded in 2015 with a vision of becoming the long-term capital partner of choice for middle market companies in select industries.
Today we are building a concentrated portfolio of companies in asset-light sectors that have the potential for organic growth and can serve as platforms for substantial value creation through a buy-and-build acquisition strategy. Our investor base is composed primarily of family offices with a focus on long-term value creation. This allows us considerable flexibility in terms of the size and types of deals we will consider.
Patient Capital Partners
We target differentiated opportunities in asset-light industries, with limited capital expenditure requirements to sustain revenue growth. We look for buy-and build investments where substantial value can be achieved through improved company performance and strategic acquisitions during sector consolidation.
Investment Criteria:
Equity investments of $10 Million to $150 Million
In companies with annual EBITDA between $5 Million and $40 Million
Target of 5 to 10-year investment holding period
