By analyzing the impact of Federal, State and local legislation, government regulations, and taxes on the Latino community, TLC is able to work with policymakers and stakeholders to create an environment that allows Latinos to thrive. TLC also leads initiatives and creates partnerships that foster job and economic growth which consequently leads to increased opportunities and upward mobility for Hispanics. TLC is effective at representing the interests of Hispanics because it conducts aggressive issue advocacy campaigns, champions legislative initiatives and endorses policies that are beneficial to the nearly 60 million Hispanics that live in the U.S. Additionally, TLC provides constituents with tools to improve their chances of success. TLC is a 501 (c) (6) membership organization.
