The goal of the Hagerstown Facade Grant Program is to provide an incentive to businesses and property owners to enhance their building’s presentation to the public with improved storefront designs and other façade elements to contribute to the overall enhancement of the City Center. This program is subject to funding availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis. All projects must pertain to commercial or mixed-use buildings.
