WBENC launched the NextGen program in 2017, as part of our 20th anniversary celebration, as a way to nurture the next generation of women entrepreneurs and supplier diversity professionals within the WBENC network. Since then, we have hosted several in-person and virtual events and opportunities, including matchmaking, pitch coaching, education, networking, and community-building. As an outreach and development program, the NextGen is open to millennial and Gen Z women business owners, including WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprises and those not yet certified, as well as millennial and Gen Z Supplier Diversity professionals.
