Sherri Simms's passion for the environment and desire to find synergies between occupant’s overall well-being, smart business decisions, and sustainability led her to co-found ABI Advantage LLC (“ABI”) in 2014. With her background in mathematics, teaching and managing ABI, Sherri not only oversees ABI’s day to day operation but also pulls value out of raw data and finds ways to present it in informative ways. She is proficient with SkySpark Ⓡ ’s Axon programming language, a powerful tool used for energy analysis, commissioning, measurement and verification, and more, and she has integrated it with multiple third party software to maximize its value. Sherri holds a Master’s Degree in the Art of Teaching Mathematics as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Towson University. In Sherri's spare time, you may find her volunteering for the school, scouts, or a robotics league or hiking, camping, and going on adventures with her husband, Leroy, who is also one of her business partners, and their three children.
